Premier Knit Garden Ltd. is a 100% export oriented Composite Textile (Knitting, Dyeing, Printing and Garments) industry. It has the area of expertise and specialization on manufacturing of all types of Knit & Woven fancy garments since 2012. The project is located in ward no 7, Hazirbazar, Valuka, Mymensingh, a fast transforming industrial econimic zone, which is 2 hours drive from Dhaka International Airport.
Premier Knit Garden Ltd. has been setup by a group of BUTex (Bangladesh University of Textiles- www.butex.edu.bd) Textile Engineers, highly experienced entrepreneurs, having excellent track record of Industrial Management, International Marketing as well as Local Business is founded in 2012 and operational since then.
Premier Knit Garden Ltd. is specializing in manufacturing and supplying all kinds of knitted fabrics and equipped with modern machineries to produce different types / designs of knit fabrics demanded by the customers.
The fabric supply business entity is managed by highly qualified and experienced personnel and supplying for over ten years.
Fabric inspection is usually done by highly experienced Q.Cs (Quality Controllers) and the team's priority is "Quality comes first" basis, as well as engaged to pick up the best quality for our valued customers.
Knitting Section
The circular Knitting machines of different diameters from 17" to 36 " are of FUKAHAMA, FALMAC brand fitted with 4 track cams, are producing Single Jersey / Pique / Lacoste fabrics of weight 120 to 300 G SM (finished). Moreover we are also producing Lycra Full feeder (S/J and Rib) Interlock fabrics, semi jacquard fabrics, strip fabrics, mélange fabrics, rib fabrics, French terry and cotton fleece fabric in different weights. A group of experienced Knitting operators are working under an experienced Knitting Engineer having all the sophisticated test equipment, checking of all gray fabrics is done before dyeing.

Dyeing Section:
Dyeing section: In order to meet-up the worldwide demand trend the dyeing and finishing units of Premier Knit Garden ltd. have engaged a unique combination of tubular and open width fabric processing set up. We have a dyeing capacity of 28,000 to 29,000 kg per day i.e. 700,000 to 725,000 kg per month. This plant has the facility of producing 100% cotton, cotton blend, T/C, Viscose, acrylic, Lycra fabrics etc. Our dyeing and finishing machines are computer controlled, having highly sophisticated and state-of-the-art technology from Taiwan, Japan,Italy,USA and UK origin bearing the brand –names like :- • Dyeing machines from BRAZZOLI-high pressure & high temperature dyeing machines from Italy, DANITECH – high pressure & high temperature dyeing machines from ITALY and AK Dyeing Machines from Taiwan. • Tubular finishing line from TUBE-TEX Machinery, USA Alema’s dyeing and finishing units assume a huge floor of 30,000Sq feet including its utility zones. A contingency of as many as 450 man power is employed to run the dyeing and finishing sections.
